backdrop… lace curtain

These beautiful lace curtains can create a back drop for your vows, photos or even as a back drop for the bridal party table… At over 2 metres high and around 2.5 wide, it’s large enough not to get ‘lost’ in an outdoor setting, yet still able to look appropriate in an indoor setting also. Hire cost is $80 and it comes with curtains, tie backs, curtain rod, posts and 2 very sturdy stands to withstand inclement weather.

 

Lace Curtain Setup

set contains

	1 x  rod
	2 x posts with hooks
	2 x metal stands
	2 x hessian stand covers 1 x black box containing lace curtain 2 x tie back ribbons

 

-place the rod on the ground to find the correct placement (and width apart) for the stands

-slip hessian covers over stands if desired

-place post A into stand A (written in black texta)

-place post B into stand B (written in black texta)

-thread curtain rod through curtain rings being sure to leave the outermost ring outside of the post hooks so as to cover and hide the entire rod.

-hang the rod and curtains on the post hooks. The rod can bow slightly if left hanging for more than a few hours so please ensure hanging is left until as late as is practical.

This is also helped by the curtain rings being well spaced and not having too much weight in the centre.

-use ribbon or cord to tie back curtains if supplied/requested

-if the last rings are slipping off the ends for any reason, rubber bands wrapped around the rod, right at the ends will prevent this.

The posts are slightly different lengths because the stands are slightly different inside the base. If these simple instructions above are followed then there will be no problem. Do not place anything inside the stand poles to attempt to even them up. Full bond will be retained by Old Refinery if this occurs.

Store anything not required in the black box in a safe place until pack down.
